Black Friday / Cyber Monday Exchange Requests

For bras and tanks purchased during our Black Friday/Cyber Monday sale, please send your exchange request to info@knixwear.com. Please note which item you would like to exchange.  The above portal is not activated for sale orders.

Is it easy to exchange items?

Yes! Once you confirm your email address you will instantly get access to a pre-paid shipping label to send your items back to us.

How soon will I get my store credit?

Once your items are received by our team, you'll get your store credit or refund within 10 days.

Can I return for a refund?

Yes. All returnable items purchased through our website can be returned for a full refund. After we receive your returned item(s) you will receive a full refund, minus shipping costs, to your original payment method.

Return Policy

Clothing

Clothing items include Lounge items and tanks. These items are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. These items need to be unworn, with the tags still attached to qualify for a refund/exchange.

Underwear

All underwear (excluding bras) are final sale items and are not eligible for refund or exchange. This is regardless of packaging. Underwear can’t be resold for hygienic reasons.

Bras are eligible for return or exchange within 30 day of delivery. Better yet for those first 30 days your bras are under our Wash and Wear guarantee.

Other

The following are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Accessories (regardless of packaging being sealed/unsealed)
  • Free gifts or promotional items with retail value
  • Original shipping fees and promotional discounts
  • E-gift cards
  • Items purchased from a third-party seller
  • sale items*


Sale Items

Bras purchased during a site-wide sale are eligible for exchange only. Bras must be exchanged within the required time frame.

Items discounted using a discount code through the ‘spin-the-wheel’ or as seen on Instagram/Facebook are eligible for return or exchange.


Return Process

  • Enter your email at the top of this page to start the return process.
  • When your return is authorized, you'll receive step-by-step instructions and a Knixwear prepaid shipping label via email.
  • Once we receive and process your Eligible returned item(s) you will receive (i) a refund back to your original payment method or (ii) an E-gift card credit to process your exchange.
  • In the case of a refund, credit for an eligible return will be refunded back to your original form of payment within approximately 7-10 days.

Sale Items

Bras and tanks purchased during a site-wide sale are eligible for exchange only. These items must be exchanged within the required time frame.

Shipping Costs

Knixwear covers all return shipping fees. Outbound shipping from our warehouse is not covered, this includes exchange orders.

What if something was wrong with my order?

All of our products should be free of defects. Should you receive a defective pair, please contact us at info@knixwear.com with an attached photo of the defected area.

Where does my returned bra go?

We donate all returned bras to a women’s charity because we believe all women deserve a great bra!
